It just so happens that Grill 225, located on the Hotel's first floor, is where locals and visitors alike come to experience quintessential steakhouse cuisine in a setting of decadent old-world glamour. Led by Executive Chef Demetre Castanas and Executive Pastry Chef Gerry Elliot, Grill 225 is Charleston's only 100% USDA Prime Beef steakhouse. We offer the finest meats, hand picked and wet-aged to perfection. Plus the freshest seafood, a wine lovers wine list and divine desserts. Reservations highly recommended.
